The beds were very clean, and the location was charming. The suite was enjoyable with terrace and big windows. Food was local and I loved pastries, jam, milk, bread and cheese. An easy check-in and the staff was classy.

Disappointing aspect was very dark bathroom.

Very central location, marvellous breakfast, accommodating staff. The food was well presented with a lot variety of choice! There were shopping streets and a market not far from the hotel. Also, a hyde park was max 20 minutes walk to.

Good value. Amazing location, charming staff, convenient check in. The room was non-smoking, featured TV, iron/ironing board and climate control. It was centrally located. High speed Internet access was useful, though to access the net we paid gbp 13 per 24 hours.

There is a nice looking reception. The staff were more than helpful with any little detail. Very pleasant location, relatively close to the prince alfred.

Pleasant location, accommodating staff, a good choice of food for the full english breakfast. Breakfast options were marvellous. Spotless and high class hotel in Westminster Borough district. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that it was a 10-minute walk from the subway. Also, I didn't find issues with wifi in all rooms.

Enjoyed this ideal central hotel, would recomand. The staff was service oriented and the service was top notch, so it was very relaxing stay. The room was very neat and superb, with a bright design. The pool was well maintained and I had non-alcoholic drinks in the sky bar.

Everything was beautiful, such as location and views. Nearby edg bar & lounge - great place to chill out. Moreover, WiFi was available in all rooms.

Access to bus stations and near drugstores, the room was comfy and really tidy. Excellent value!

The pool was a disaster! The water was half opaque and many guests threw hard plastic toys all over the pool and almost injured my daughter, people were jumping into the water even though it is supposed to be forbidden, in short it had nothing to do with the word "Wellness", swimming a little... no thinking and that every day and no one from the staff to say anything about it! As my daughter loves to swim, the pool at the Hilton London Metropole was one of the criteria for choosing it as a hotel during our 4 day stay. For my 9 year old daughter to voluntarily say that she does not want to go back to the pool because she is afraid, she says it all!!! For a Hilton Hotel the gym was not well equipped either.
